Ingrid is a new type of app. It’s a “Sentient Artificial Manager” (SAM) for small businesses.

They use a ballerina as the metaphor to describe Ingrid. My job was to turn the ballerina into an elegant, recognizable mark.

After 18 rough sketches we had the main shape down. We then went through about 10 color schemes before they had the brilliant idea of using the colors from the Grand Prismatic Spring, which is in Wyoming and about 45 minutes from where Ingrid is based.
